This cold pack can be used in a microwave oven or frozen, allowing you to use heat or cold therapy as needed. Heat in microwave for 10 seconds or hot water for heat therapy; Chill in freezer for at least 2 hours for cold therapy, and let stand for a few minutes before use. 
Ice packs can restrict blood flow and quickly relieve pain. Cold therapy can be used for fever, swelling, sprains, headaches, toothache, bruises. Hot bags can improve symptoms such as breastfeeding pain, migraine, cramps, neck stiffness, minor cuts and burns, post eye surgery, growing pains, and after sun care. 
Our ice pack is made of medical grade PVC and non-toxic gel, can be used directly on the skin, and it is non-toxic and safe for sensitive skin. Thick medical grade plastic is lined and sealed to prevent leakage or puncture.
